Parrillan - CDY
Parrillan is a terrace bar and grill from the Barrafina team, opening in Coal Drops Yard, King’s Cross and led by Executive Chef Angel Zapata Martin. The name Parrillan is taken from the Spanish ‘paril-la,’ meaning ‘grill’, because as well as an amplified ‘para picar’ tapas list, the restaurant will serve main dishes of meats, fish and seafood to be cooked by guests on their own table-top grills. The partially covered space will seat 100 with full table service and overlooks Regent’s Canal.
