We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional culinary team at Parrillan Restaurant in the heart of London Bridge, London

Parrillan is an exceptional open fire, grill restaurant, serving the finest Spanish and British produce. The Chefs will cook over sustainably sourced olive and apple wood-fired grills. The bar will champion the best wine, seasonal cocktails and refreshing spritzes. The Restaurant has a Mediterranean Garden Terrace where guests can lounge and grill with their own Parrillas

 


The Chef de Partie Role

  • Experience in a high volume, quality led restaurant kitchen
  • Passion for food and learning a cuisine
  • Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
  • Good level of English language
  • Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
  • Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
  • A passion for food and your own development is a must
