Mike's Red Tacos is looking for energetic, reliable, and guest-focused Team Members to join our Corporate Store & Training Center in Pasadena.

Whether you're greeting guests, taking orders, preparing food, or supporting kitchen operations, you'll play an important role in delivering the exceptional food and hospitality that Mike's Red Tacos is known for.

• Deliver friendly, welcoming service to every guest
  
• Take orders and process transactions accurately (Front of House)
  
• Prepare and assemble food according to Mike's Red Tacos standards (Back of House)
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe restaurant environment
  
• Support speed of service, order accuracy, and food quality standards
  
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  
• Work as part of a team to create a great guest experience
  
• Follow brand standards and procedures consistently
  
• Help maintain a "training-ready" restaurant that reflects best-in-class operations

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive motions throughout a shift
