As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Nobu London, you will be responsible for food preparation, service, baking, and pastry creation. Your role will involve crafting exceptional dishes that align with the high standards of Nobu, utilising both your technical skills and creativity.  

Who you are:

  • Pastry and baking skills: Strong foundation in various pastry techniques
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in pastry and dessert preparation
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a dynamic kitchen setting
  • Creative: Innovative approach to pastry design
