• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to the highest standards in your designated section
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
• Learn about different ingredients, infusing flavours, mise-en-place, knife skills, and cooking techniques
• Assist senior chefs in the creation and development of Nobu specials, seasonal dishes, and dishes for special occasions
