You will take ownership of your pastry section, ensuring precision, quality, and creativity in every dish. Your expertise will contribute to developing innovative pastries while mentoring junior team members and maintaining the highest levels of consistency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, bake, and present high-quality desserts and pastries
  • Maintain an organised and hygienic pastry section at all times
  • Ensure consistency in portioning, plating, and quality control
  • Collaborate with the team to develop innovative and seasonal desserts
  • Follow all health & safety regulations to maintain a safe kitchen environment 
  • Assist senior pastry chefs in the research and development of new creations

 

Who You Are:

  • Pastry Expertise: Strong foundation in classic and modern pastry techniques
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar pastry role
  • Creativity: Passion for dessert innovation and presentation
  • Fast-Paced Performer: Ability to thrive in high-energy kitchen

  • Detail Oriented: Meticulous approach to pastry preparation
