You will be responsible for creating and executing desserts that meet our renowned quality, while taking ownership of your pastry section and contributing to innovative dessert development. Assist senior pastry chefs with research and development of new creations.
Uphold health & safety regulations, keeping our kitchen safe and efficient.
Who You Are
Pastry Expert: Strong foundation in both classic and modern pastry techniques.
Experienced: Minimum 1 year in a similar pastry role.
Creative: Passionate about dessert innovation and presentation.
