We’re on the lookout for a Pastry Commis Chef who is committed to excellence, thrives in a team setting, and is passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences.

As a Pastry Commis Chef and under the leadership of the Executive Pastry Chef, you will assist in ensuring the Pastry section is correctly set in order to deliver a smooth service. You will prepare pastry items, ensuring the right quality and apply full adherence to Nobu recipes, helping to develop your own skills along with your colleagues.

What We're Looking For:

  •  Formal pastry or culinary training with relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, pâtisserie, or five-star hotel is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills in pastry, baking, and dessert preparation.
  • Creativity and passion for pastry and dessert presentation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and develop.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills.
