Just like Bristol and Cardiff, we will be engaging with local suppliers and producers to influence everything from the menus to the interiors. What’s really exciting is the new restaurant will open up brand new supply chains for us – because just like our other restaurants, we want to make sure that Pasture Birmingham has a real sense of place, is part of the Birmingham characteristic and completes our Pasture journey
 

We’re looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our growing team at Pasture.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Restaurant Office Manager or in a similar role or with restaurant manager level experience. You will need to be reliable and excited to play a key role in managing the office and admin,  supporting the General Manager first and foremost as well as the rest of the management team. 

Role Responsibilities:

• Adhere to Pasture values.
• Keep the office area tidy
• Ordering of stationary and consumable for various departments. 
• Entering Invoices (Market Man)
• Support General manager with basic HR admin, checking new starter paperwork, adding documents and  comment to our people system (Fourth Hospitality)
• Ensure All EHO paper work is organised and accessible.  
• Monitoring the maintenance system 

The Ideal Candidate

• Have experience in a similar role or restaurant manager experience in a restaurant.
• Will possess and demonstrate strong organisational capabilities.
• Must have a proactive approach to problem identification and resolution.
• The ideal candidate should have good basic computer &  telephone skills
• The ability to work on own initiative and as a part of our family.
