What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the pastry section during busy services, ensuring each dish meets the highest standards of quality and consistency
Creating and plating a range of desserts that are both refined and bold, using seasonal ingredients and modern techniques
Collaborating with the wider kitchen team to bring new ideas to life and contribute to menu development throughout the year
Working with exceptional local produce and suppliers to showcase the best ingredients available
Supporting the smooth running of service with sharp organisation, prep, and time management
