Join the Team at Pasture Birmingham

At the heart of the city on 15 Colmore Row, Pasture Birmingham is where fire, meat, and music come together in bold celebration. It’s more than just a steakhouse — it’s a lively, open kitchen experience where craft meets community, and every service feels like a special occasion.

As the latest addition to the Pasture family, Birmingham carries forward the legacy of our Cardiff and Bristol restaurants — with in-house butchery, grass-fed beef from trusted local farms, and a deep commitment to quality, sustainability, and flavour. Our open-fire cooking and vibrant soundtrack create a dining atmosphere that’s as dynamic as it is welcoming.

We’re building a team of people who are as passionate about hospitality as they are about great food and memorable experiences. Whether you're on the floor, behind the bar, or at the pass — if you’ve got the energy, drive, and personality to match our fire, we want to hear from you.

Be part of something exceptional. Be part of Pasture Birmingham.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a vital part of the kitchen team, you’ll be responsible for keeping the space clean, organised, and running smoothly. This includes washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the chefs whenever needed. You’ll play a hands-on role in keeping up with the fast pace of service, helping to ensure everything is in place for a high-performing kitchen.

We’re looking for someone who’s hardworking, reliable, and thrives in a busy, high-energy environment. You’re the kind of person who gets stuck in, keeps things moving, and always has your team’s back. With great attention to detail, you’ll take pride in cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency. You’ll also be comfortable handling physical tasks like lifting stock, managing waste, and staying on top of the demands of a busy service.

Benefits at Pasture:
  • The hourly rate shown includes a competitive share of Tronc: 100% of Tronc is distributed to the staff.
  • 28 days holiday - including bank holidays
  • 20% off food and drink in our restaurants for up to six people
  • Opportunity for growth and progression
  • Long service benefits
  • 1 day of paid volunteering per year, with a charity of your choice
  • Regular staff trips are arranged to our farm and to our suppliers
  • Employee assistance program provided by Hospitality Action
  • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity Pay
  • Wagestream
  • Company events and parties

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career in hospitality or anyone who loves working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. If that sounds like you.
