We’re on the hunt for a reliable, energetic bar back to support our talented bartenders and keep the good times flowing. If you're hardworking, organised, and thrive behind the scenes, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting bartenders with prep work: slicing garnishes, preparing mixers, and stocking the bar
-
Keeping glassware clean and ready with efficient glass washing

Restocking fridges, spirits, and supplies throughout service
-
Assisting with bar close-downs and ensuring everything is spotless and ready for the next day

Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar environment
What We’re Looking For:

A team player who works quickly and efficiently under pressure

High standards for cleanliness and organisation

A strong work ethic and can-do attitude – no task too big or small

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Great communication skills and a passion for supporting others
