Founded by former Michelin-starred chef Paul Rhodes in 2003, Paul Rhodes Bakery has built a strong reputation as the go-to supplier of quality handcrafted sourdoughs, cakes and pastries in the capital. Paul’s ambition when he started the bakery was simple: to provide London’s busy chefs with the best handcrafted bread, made from the finest ingredients possible and traditional techniques.
Today, as the bakery heads towards twenty-five years in business, the goal remains the same and this ambition underpins everything we do. We have both a wholesale business supplying some of London’s top restaurants, hotels, cafés, and entertainment venues, as well as our local retail bakery shop which is based a ten-minute walk up the road, in Greenwich Market.

Job Overview:
The primary focus of the Key Account Manager is to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with our existing chefs and clients, supporting their needs and businesses whilst working to maintain, grow and look after ours.
Key Requirements of the Role:
A confident and self-motivated team member with a positive, collaborative outlook is critical for this role, and someone who loves the food industry and has a passion for service.
Confidence and an engaging way with people is key here – visiting busy kitchens, dealing with chefs, planning menus with them, planning launches and of course, resolving things when they go wrong.
The successful candidate will have:
You will be adaptable, flexible and solution-driven, enthusiastic to work as a team through the highs and lows. You will have a passion for food and be enthusiastic about Paul Rhodes Bakery, where we are as a business currently, and where we are going.
