Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our store and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, supervise staff, maintain store standards, and uphold company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in motivating the team, supporting operational efficiency, and delivering excellent customer service.
