Bartender/ Mixologist-
Reports To: Service Manager and Beverage Manger
Location: St Johns County, Florida
The Bartender is responsible for crafting beverages at ourbar, providing full-service bar capabilities, and acting as the primary guide for our innovative beverage program.
Key Responsibilities:
· Mixology & Service: Prepare and serve classic, modern, and Southern-inspired cocktails, draft beers, and wines efficiently and accurately.
· Self-Pour Tap System Expertise: Act as the lead expert on the self-pour system, assisting guests with activation, usage, and beer/wine selection, ensuring adherence to all responsible service laws and procedures.
· Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of all beverage offerings, including unique liquor selections and local taps, and be able to suggest pairings with our open-fire cuisine.
· Open-Air Maintenance: Maintain impeccable cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the open-air bar area and all equipment.
· Inventory: Accurately process payments, manage cash drawers, and assist with daily/weekly inventory counts and stock replenishment.
· Side Work & Teamwork: Complete all opening, running, and closing side work to meticulous standards, including setting up and breaking down the patio section, and actively supporting teammates.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Minimum of 2 years of high-volume bartending experience preferred.
· Relevant state-specific alcohol service certification .
· Familiarity with beer, wine, and progressive craft cocktails.
· Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
· Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
