Description
We are looking for a bright, hardworking and reliable Duty Manager to support the day to day running of the pub. You will be:
- preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
- interacting with customers
- taking orders
- serving pizzas and drinks
- assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations
- managing staff
- cashing up
- completing open and closing checks
We are looking for people with:
- previous experience in a fast paced working environment
- passion for customer service and teamwork
- Excellent cellar management with knowledge of how to look after cask beer
- personality
- complete competence in running shifts & leading a team
MON-FRI site only. Closed weekends.
