Description

At the Pelt Trader we have over ten beers on tap from some of the best breweries in the UK and abroad. Our home made pizza is legendary.

Our business is built on the team we create and we pride ourselves on being able to create the perfect atmosphere for every customer that walks in. 

We are looking for a bright, hardworking and reliable Duty Manager to support the day to day running of the pub.  You will be:

  • preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons
  • interacting with customers
  • taking orders 
  • serving snacks and drinks
  • assessing bar customers' needs and preferences and making recommendations
  • managing staff
  • cashing up
  • completing open and closing checks
We are looking for people with:
  • previous experience in a fast paced working environment 
  • passion for customer service and teamwork 
  • interest in keg and cask beer
  • personality 
  • complete competence in running shifts & leading a team 
Monday to Friday only. Shifts will vary.  Both full time and part time positions are available.
