A bit about what you will be doing:

We have a fantastic job opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Early Careers Talent Coordinator to join our Talent Team at D&D London. The Early Careers Talent Coordinator will be supporting the trainee and apprenticeship recruitment, plus early careers attraction campaigns for both front and back of house across all of our London exclusive properties.

You will be responsible for making sure the junior talent is allocated at the right venues and introduce internal and external candidates to suitable roles. The Early Careers Talent Coordinator will be working remotely, liaising with our stakeholders and team members to support the recruitment needs in each site and with a focus on diversity and both a positive candidate and business experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Match candidates to assignments
  • Establish contact with student organizations, partners, and university career services to keep D&D adverts  up-to-date and to stay apprised of opportunities to connect with students 
  • Handle logistics and details with regard to the accurate and timely booking for recruiting events 
  • Communicate with candidates in a timely and gracious manner throughout the recruiting lifecycle 
  • Work with interviewer and university teams to roll out the strategy and to make sure the local recruiting targets are met in a cost-effective manner 
  • Attend recruiting events/functions to assist in marketing and to facilitate logistics  
  • Carry out telephone interviews with candidates
  • Screen candidates' applications
  • Help to create, implement and attend company wide events
  • Arrange interviews and trial shifts
  • Input information into our database


Key Requirements:

  • Experience with in-house or agency recruitment
  • Familiar with using an ATS
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated, innovative with a strong desire to succeed
  • Professional, friendly attitude
  • Be able to take a logical, practical approach to problem solving
