In this tranquil setting, Cedric Vongerichten helms the kitchen, creating dishes that reflect his own keen instinct for balancing flavor and texture with an exquisite blend of French, American, and Asian influences and ingredients.
POSITION SUMMARY
Perry St Restaurant is seeking motivated line cooks to work with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. This is a unique opportunity to join a team of passionate professionals dedicated to their craft. Perry St believes in hands-on training by the Chefs and fostering growth in all employees. Our ethos is to make the best food possible with the best ingredients sourced from local farms, artisan vendors, and green markets. The team must understand and implement the standards and the vision of Jean-Georges Management by delivering the highest quality food and service at all times. The Line Cook is responsible for daily operational procedures, food production, and plating in accordance with company specs and timing standards while following Company recipes at all times.

The base pay range for this position is $17.00-$22.00 per hour.
