Petersham Nurseries have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Events Co-ordinator to join our Events Team at our Covent Garden site reporting to and working in collaboration with our Head of Events. We are looking for a passionate individual with the ability to build strong relationships with the team and our clients, whilst coordinating events across two large restaurants.
About you:
·A proven track record of organising the planning and running of both small private dining events and larger full venue hire events. The ideal candidate will have experience of the London events industry and knowledge of London venues.
Key Skills and Attributes
·Proficient in MS Office and diary management
·Good communication and negotiation ability
·Well-organized with multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
·Customer service and problem-solving skills
·To be able to manage enquiries and complete quotation requests in a timely and efficiently manner
·Conduct client meetings, site visits and food tastings
·Coordinate with the restaurants management team before and throughout the event.
