The role will suit a candidate with:

• Previous experience as Host/Hostess in fine dining environment
• Exceptional service standards
• Knowledge on Booking platform such as OpenTable
• Fluent English spoken and written 
• Passion for hospitality
• Good communications skills
• An engaging personality
• Exceptionally well-groomed
• Ability to work well under pressure
