Bar Supervisor for a beautiful premium Italian restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden.

The role will suit a candidate with:

• Previous experience as head bartender or bar Supervisor within hotel bar or Restaurant bar.
• Cocktail list management (classics and seasonal signatures) 
• Stock management and due diligence knowledge
• Be uncompromising in your standards
• Be responsible for the daily running of the bar area
• Ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the bar areas and that expectations of guests are exceeded throughout their stay
• Be responsible for training, motivating and offering support to junior team members
• Be organised, hardworking and have an excellent appearance with a strong focus on guest requirements
