Junior Pastry Sous Chef for a beautiful premium Italian restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden.

About You:

·        Proven experience as a Junior Pastry Sous Chef

·        Minimum level 2 requirement in Health & Safety

·        Michelin star kitchen / Fine Dining experience highly desirable

·        Experience in Afternoon tea production / creation required 

·        A passion for food and produce lead cooking

·        Experience managing a section and working as part of a busy team within a fast-paced environment

·        Ability to work well in a team

·        Excellent communication skills
