Key Responsibilities:

• To assist in all areas of Purchasing
• To be a company champion of both the purchasing system (Tevalis-setting up new users, providing support and training) and the labour management system (Harri).
• Ensure that the purchasing database is maintained with supplier details, products, and pricing.
  
• Assisting with the gathering of data for the monthly payroll and management accounts.
  
• Assisting with maintenance of the company cash flow forecast.
• Weekly P&L assistance, month end assistance and month end labour reconciliations.
• Ensuring that appropriate accounting processes, systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.
• Management of ONS surveys.
• Ensure goods purchased and suppliers adhere to the company’s sustainability ethos.
  
• Responsible for review of accuracy of invoices / credit notes process by Chefs / other Managers.
