The role will suit a candidate with:

• Previous experience as Commis Sommelier or Sommelier
• Exceptional service standards.
• Good Spoken English Level
• Minimum WSET Level 2 or above
• Italian Wine Knowledge
• Passion for hospitality.
• Good communications skills.
• An engaging personality.
• Exceptionally well-groomed.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
