Senior Chef de Partie for a beautiful premium Italian restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden.

The role will suit a candidate with:

·Proven experience as a Senior Chef De Partie

·A passion for food and produce lead cooking

·Comfortable cooking in front of guests in our vibrant restaurant with open kitchen

·Experience managing a section and working as part of a busy team within a fast pace environment

·Ability to work well in a team

·Excellent communication skills
