Assistant Head Sommelier for a beautiful premium Italian restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden.

About You:

-        Experience working in a fine dining restaurant
-        Experience as Assistant Head Sommelier or confident Sommelier ready for the next step
-        WSET level 3 or Certified Sommelier qualifications preferred but not necessary
-        Experience in pairing wines with food, with ability to select and suggest wines to guests
-        Receive deliveries, process invoices and cellar maintenance
-        Enthusiastic individual
-        Ability to work effectively within a team and multi-task
