Restaurant Manager for a beautiful premium Italian restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden.

 The Restaurant Manager assists the General Manger to deliver quality service by developing and managing a well-trained, motivated, guest-orientated team, planning, organising and communicating within all departments to deliver service and safety as required by the Company.  

• To establish and maintain excellent guest relations at all times 
• To ensure all guest feedback is dealt with in a timely and appropriate manner in order to promote and grow the good reputation 
• To be aware of, and comply with, safe working practices as laid down under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
• To manage employee relations informally and formally in conjunction with company policies and procedures and P&D
• To report and follow up all maintenance defaults effecting efficient and professional delivery of
• To report any defects in the building, plant or equipment according to the Company procedures. 
• To work as a team player at all times and be prepared to be flexible in order to ensure that all operations are always as efficient and profitable as possible
