What you'll do at Pasta Evangelists
● Define a full calendar of marketing, brand & communications campaigns for the year, including relevant seasonal moments, and mobilising all stakeholders (core marketing team, agencies and other internal stakeholders, e.g. our Food team) to execute these plans across all Pasta Evangelists distribution channels (i.e. Takeaway, Recipe Kits, Events, Harrods, etc.) and marketing channels (digital, PR / influencer, organic social, email, OOH, etc.)
● Take overall ownership for the delivery of our top line sales objectives in all Pasta Evangelists distribution channels, particularly Pasta Now and Recipe Kits, including ensuring the wider marketing team is focussed on, and working towards, the delivery of these
● Set role-based targets and KPIs for all members of the Pasta Evangelists marketing team and conduct regular check ins to ensure these are being met, and progress is being made
● Working closely with our Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll set the strategy and KPIs for our agency partners, ensuring these feed into your overall plan for the year, and hold partners accountable to these
● Set the strategy and take responsibility for the marketing and promotional strategy employed for each of our aggregator partners (Deliveroo, UberEats and JustEat) and conduct regular check ins with our Account Manager at each to ensure we maximise participation in aggregators’ marketing campaigns, use the latest promotional tools, etc.
● Work with our CMO to create and implement a marketing strategy that successfully launches our new physical locations, particularly customer-facing units, as well as newly developed products
● Provide an overall strategy (including target partners) for our brand partnerships, directing and supporting our Brand Marketing Manager/Executive to secure on-brand partnerships and lucrative agreements for our business
 ● You’ll oversee our press (PR) and influencer marketing, setting monthly coverage targets for each (both quantitative, i.e. how much coverage, and qualitative, i.e. specific media we want to secure coverage from)
● You’ll oversee, and provide a strategy for, our Pasta Evangelists social media, including setting targets for relevant KPIs (e.g. engagement rate, follower growth, etc.) and holding the team accountable to these over time

What we can offer:
● Competitive salary to attract best talent
● Join a dynamic, fast-moving & diverse team

Pasta Evangelists was born nine years ago out of a desire to become the authority in fresh pasta. We’re on a mission to reimagine and elevate pasta as a category, which is worth a staggering £3.8bn yet has seen little innovation for decades.

Since launching our original fresh pasta recipe kit service in 2016, we have built a cult following of British pasta lovers – our Evangelists – who are passionate about discovering the breadth and variety of pasta, as well as the irresistible stories behind it.

Today, Pasta Evangelists is backed by Barilla (the world’s biggest pasta company) and is proud to be the UK’s biggest pasta brand by revenues, as well as one of the UK’s fastest-growing startups. As well as on our website, our recipe kits are available to purchase from major online retailers such as Ocado.

Building on this success, we are now disrupting Britain’s pizza-centric Italian dining scene by launching our very own Pasta Evangelists restaurants, as well as our high-end Harrods Pasta Bar and our store at Manchester Airport. These are not just Italian eateries — they are vibrant destinations where guests can experience the extraordinary diversity of pasta, alongside exceptional service, bold creativity, and a true passion for great food. Guests can enjoy a delicious meal and take part in our popular pasta-making classes at our restaurants in Chiswick, Richmond, Greenwich, Farringdon, Guildford, New Oxford Street and Queensway.

At the same time, we continue to expand our fresh pasta takeaway concept, available on pastaevangelists.com and through major delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat. With more than 40 kitchens now operating across the UK, including in Scotland and Wales, we are growing our footprint rapidly and bringing fresh pasta to more customers every day.

Our state-of-the-art Pastificio in Acton, West London — the largest in the UK — enables us to produce a wide range of artisanal pasta and sauces, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in this beloved category.

Looking ahead, our key focus is on opening more restaurants and creating unique spaces that celebrate pasta in all its shapes, offering something far beyond the traditional Italian experience.

Given our ambitions, we are looking for exceptional professionals to lead our business through this next exciting chapter of growth.
