The Phene is an absolutely iconic pub in leafy residential Chelsea. With a beautiful garden space and hosting over a dozen events every week, there's never a dull moment!
We are serious about high quality fresh Bristish cooking and provide a high level of service in a friendly, convivial manner. 

With one of longest-serving AM's leaving to travel the world after 8 years with us, we're looking for a superb manager to join the team and fill some big shoes.

What we look for in an Assistant Manager:

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Assistant Manager to join and lead our team in our fabulous, food focused pub. As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and locals.  You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
