Description

As our Group Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and sharing our brand's voice across our Group’s marketing activities and supporting the Marketing team.

We are looking for a dynamic, creative individual who is passionate about crafting compelling content that engages and grows our audience, who naturally has a creative flair and a knack for storytelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling and engaging content for the groups’ email campaigns and execute for sending
  • Creating segmentations within group CRM system
  • Develop and write high-quality, engaging copy for the groups’ website pages
  • Produce copy for external editorials and advertorials to increase brand visibility
  • Produce copy and content for annual in-house promotional magazines
  • Create copy for in-house promotional POS and in-house promotional brochures
  • Work with the Marketing Team to create creative marketing materials to support launches and promotional campaigns
  • Generate ideas for blog posts that resonate with our target audiences, driving traffic and user engagement
  • Assist with the optimisation of blog posts with appropriate SEO practices and ensure they are updated regularly, when required
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies that align with the company's objectives and brand identity
  • Assist with the evolution of each brand, seeking out opportunities to strengthen core values and messaging in-line with objectives
  • Assist with the creation and printing of menus and maintaining and updating websites when required
  • Ensure brand messaging is aligned with each brand voice
  • Edit and proofread content produced by other team members to maintain consistency and quality when required
  • Keep up to date with marketing trends, including AI development
  • Design and execute paid META campaigns in line with current marketing campaigns
  • Evaluate performance of paid META campaigns, ensuring adjustments are made in line with budgets set
  • Report on performance of paid META campaigns including ROI performance
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify areas for improvement, innovation, and growth
  • Assist with other marketing activities, including market research, competitor analysis, and additional projects when required

Requirements:

·        Proven experience in content creation for digital platforms, with a portfolio that includes written and digital content

·        Proven experience with META paid advertising campaigns

·        Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

·        Experience with SEO, content management systems, and email marketing tools

·        Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

·        Creative thinker with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

·        Proficiency in MS Office

·        Basic understanding of GDPR and best marketing practices
