Key Attributes
  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Experience with excel
  • Have strong  administration skills with close attention to detail
  • Level 2 AAT preferable
Previous experience with accounts software packages essential 

Role & Responsibilities
  • Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash transactions
  • Process credit card transactions and perform reconciliations
  • Assist in processing invoices and managing accounts payable, ensuring accounts are reconciled
  • Process supplier payments against supplier statements
  • Reconcile other accounts as directed by the group management accountant
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation when required
  • Any other duties as required
