We are a four star adults only hotel overlooking Fistral Beach, home to award winning Fistral Spa as well as two rosette Dune Restaurant.
We cater exclusively for adults and our award winning bar list is the perfect accompaniment to the jaw dropping ocean views.

Role & Responsibilities:
To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
- To ensure stock control with the maintenance department
- Timely completion of maintenance to ensure product quality
- Completion and maintenance of fire log book
- Record keeping of room maintenance
- Maintaining high standards of outside areas, public areas, guest bedrooms and ground maintenance
- To follow all hotel policies
- To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
- To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
- All other duties as required
