Full-time position
Salary up to £60,000 per annum ( based on experience)

The Role

As Bar Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations across all bar outlets within the venue. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering outstanding service, managing and developing teams, maintaining consistency across multiple service points, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bar Manager, ideally within a large or multi-bar venue

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine

  • Solid understanding of stock control, ordering, and cost management

  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-volume environments

  • A proactive and service-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of all bar outlets within the venue

  • Ensure consistency in service standards, drink quality, cleanliness, and presentation across all bar areas

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and manage bar teams across multiple outlets

  • Foster a positive, professional, and high-performing team culture

  • Manage inventory, stock rotation, ordering, and wastage control across all bars

  • Coordinate with suppliers and oversee ordering processes

  • Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve bar-related issues promptly and professionally

  • Maintain full compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and licensing standards

  • Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements where required

  • Support menu development and seasonal updates in collaboration with senior leadership

  • Stay up to date with industry trends to keep the bar offer fresh, relevant, and competitive

Why Join D3?

This is a rare opportunity to be part of a brand-new opening at one of London’s most iconic venues, with real influence over systems, teams, and guest experience from the ground up.

If you’re passionate about hospitality, thrive in high-energy environments, and are ready to lead an ambitious bar operation, we’d love to hear from you.
