We’re thrilled to announce that D3 is growing! Our second venue is opening in Spring 2026 at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Event Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Event Operations Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of our events while being actively present on the floor during each event. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing internal teams and external vendors, overseeing logistics, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining consistency and excellence in guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to innovate and coordinate operations across multiple events within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They must be comfortable taking charge on-site, addressing issues in real-time, and ensuring every detail of the event runs flawlessly.

What We’re Looking For

·       Proven experience in event management or operations, preferably in large venues.

·       Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams, clients, and vendors.

·       Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing circumstances.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·       Comfortable being hands-on and managing events on-site in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead and coordinate event operations from planning through execution, including venue setup, staffing, equipment, catering, and audiovisual requirements.

·       Be present on the floor during events to supervise teams, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless delivery.

·       Manage internal staff and external vendors to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

·       Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and the overall guest experience.

·       Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage resources effectively.

·       Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations at all events.

·       Collaborate with sales, marketing, and client services teams to ensure event objectives are met.
