About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Receptionist to join our Front of House family, ensuring every guest is warmly welcomed and enjoys an unforgettable experience with flawless, friendly service.

What We’re Looking For

·       At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a restaurant.

·       Excellent phone manners, polished appearance, and a polite, professional attitude.

·       Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic personality.

·       Strong team player with problem-solving and multitasking skills.

·       Always guest-focused, ensuring top-tier hospitality.

·       Familiarity with Open Table system is a plus (but not required).

·       Must have legal right to work in the UK.
