About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Bartender to support our Bar Manager and drive the development of exceptional cocktails and beverage experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for mentoring bar team, ensuring high-quality drink preparation and presentation, optimizing stock and inventory, and maintaining consistency and excellence in guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, expert knowledge of spirits and mixology, and the ability to innovate and coordinate operations across multiple service points within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in a Head Bartender role, ideally within a large or multi-bar venues
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, craft cocktails, and mixology trends.
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, innovative, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Key Responsibilities

·       Mentor and manage the bar team to ensure excellent service and teamwork.

·       Develop, innovate, and maintain a creative cocktail menu that reflects current trends and our brand identity.

·       Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and taste of all drinks.

·       Train staff on mixology techniques, drink presentation, and customer service standards.

·       Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

·       Collaborate with management on promotions, events, and beverage marketing initiatives.
