About the Role

We are seeking a knowledgeable and confident Sommelier to join our hospitality team on a full-time basis (40-hour contract).

• Salary: £17 per hour

• Contract: 40 hours per week

• Position: Full-time

• Requirement: Full right to work in the UK

You will play a key role in elevating the guest dining experience through expert wine selection, exceptional service, and thoughtful pairing recommendations. From intimate dinners to large-scale banqueting events, you’ll help create memorable moments through outstanding wine knowledge and presentation.

 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Sommelier

• Recognised wine qualification (WSET, CMS, or equivalent preferred)

• Strong knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, and vintages

• Confident upselling skills and commercial awareness

• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Impeccable presentation and attention to detail

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering elevated guest experiences
