We’re excited to announce the opening of our second venue at the iconic Olympia London, launching in March 2026. As we prepare for this major new chapter, we’re searching for an exceptional Pastry Sous Chef to help shape the future of D3 from day one.

Full-time position
Salary up to £52,000 per annum

The Role

As Pastry Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with our Head Pastry Chef and Executive Head Chef, playing a vital role in the daily running of the kitchen. This is a hands-on leadership position where creativity, precision, and consistency are key. You’ll help drive high standards, inspire the brigade, and deliver outstanding pastry at every service.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Sous Chef in a high-end or high-volume kitchen

  • Strong expertise in Viennoiserie pastry

  • Excellent cooking and presentation skills across pastry sections

  • Solid knowledge of food safety and HACCP

  • Confident leader with great time management, communication, and organisational skills

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Pastry Chef and Executive Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations

  • Lead the pastry team in the Head Chef’s absence, ensuring consistency and excellence

  • Supervise daily preparation and assist with menu planning and execution

  • Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and safety standards

  • Train, mentor, and develop junior chefs

  • Ensure spotless sections and full compliance with hygiene and health & safety regulations

  • Foster a positive, motivated, and professional kitchen culture
