Our second venue is opening at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re looking for passionate, talented hospitality professionals at all levels to join our team from 9 February 2026  for Management Roles & March 2nd for Operations.

About the Opportunities

We are recruiting across the business, including:

• Front of House (Receptionist, Head Receptionist, Waitstaff,  Assistant Managers)

• Bar (Bartenders, Head Bartender, Bar Manager)

• Sommeliers & Wine Team

• Events & Operations

• Kitchen & Culinary (Chefs at all levels)

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards, and contributing to a collaborative, professional, and energetic working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence

• Experience relevant to your role (all levels considered)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
