We’re thrilled to announce that D3 is growing! Our second venue, Pillar Hall, is opening at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Breakfast Manager to join our team from 2nd March 2026.

We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Manager to lead and oversee our breakfast service, ensuring smooth morning operations and an excellent guest experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in early service, enjoys leading teams, and takes pride in delivering high standards from open to close.

• 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced breakfast service environment

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards

• Oversee and manage daily breakfast service operations

• Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house breakfast teams

• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service, food quality, and presentation

• Assist with staff training, rota planning, and performance management

• Support inventory management, stock control, and ordering for breakfast service

• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

• Work closely with senior management to deliver a smooth and profitable breakfast operation
