About the Role

As a Cocktail Waiter/Waitress, you’ll deliver a seamless, refined service in a stylish speakeasy setting. You’ll have a strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and presentation, and a natural ability to read the room .

What We Offer

• Full-time position – 40 hours per week
• Competitive salary up to £16.50 per hour

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a cocktail bar, luxury bar, or high-end hospitality environment (preferred)
• Confident, polished, and guest-focused approach
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and premium service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Immaculate presentation and attention to detail
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Legal right to work in the UK
