We’re thrilled to announce that D3 is growing! Our second venue is opening at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Bar Supervisor to join our team from March 2026.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Bar Supervisor to support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and delivering excellent customer service in our Speakeasy Bar and our Restaurant. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who is ready to grow within the hospitality industry.
Salary: up to £18 per hour
Contract: Full Time 40 Hours
What We’re Looking For:
- 2years+ previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety and workplace health standards
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
- Supervise and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff in our Speakeasy Bar and Restaurant
- Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
- Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management
- Help manage inventory, stock control, and ordering
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
