As D3 expands to the iconic Olympia London, we’re unveiling a luxury speakeasy cocktail bar and are looking for an exceptional Cocktail Waiter / Waitress & Host to join our team.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of an intimate, high-end bar experience where atmosphere, precision, and outstanding guest service are everything.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of the speakeasy — greeting guests, hosting, and overseeing the floor to ensure a seamless and memorable experience.

You will work closely with the bar and restaurant teams, supporting service in the speakeasy while also assisting within the restaurant when required. The role requires someone who can read the room, anticipate guest needs, and maintain the energy and flow of a luxury venue.

What We Offer

• Full-time position – 40 hours per week
• Competitive salary up to £16.50 per hour

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a cocktail bar, luxury bar, or high-end hospitality environment preferred
• A highly guest-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and premium service standards
• Confident, polished, and professional presence on the floor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• Immaculate presentation and strong attention to detail
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Legal right to work in the UK
