About the Role
As Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing D3’s social media strategy, growing our online presence, and engaging our community. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll bring our brand to life through compelling content, storytelling, and real-time engagement.

? What We’re Looking For
✔️ 2–3 years’ experience managing social media accounts (hospitality, lifestyle, or events)
✔️ Strong understanding of social media trends, platforms & analytics
✔️ Passion for food, drink & the London hospitality scene ??️
✔️ Excellent written & visual storytelling skills
✔️ Confident using content creation tools ??
✔️ Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns
✔️ Creative, proactive & hands-on mindset

? Key Responsibilities
✨ Develop and implement D3’s social media strategy
✨ Create, curate & publish engaging content
✨ Manage daily social activity & community engagement
✨ Plan content calendars around events, launches & campaigns
✨ Capture high-quality photo & video content on-site
✨ Collaborate with internal teams & partners
✨ Monitor performance metrics & optimise content
✨ Explore influencer collaborations & growth opportunities
✨ Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh ideas to the table ?
