D3 Collective is looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day marketing activity across our restaurant brands.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of social media, content creation, and brand storytelling, alongside a genuine passion for hospitality and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Support content shoots, creative planning, and campaign rollouts
• Write engaging copy for social media, newsletters, and marketing communications
• Assist with influencer outreach, partnerships, and community management
• Monitor social media performance and report on insights and growth opportunities
• Support marketing activity across launches, events, and collaborations
• Maintain brand consistency across all channels

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in a social media or marketing role
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Confident using Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and Canva
• Video editing skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• A genuine interest in hospitality and restaurants
