D3 Collective is proud to have launched its newest hospitality destination within the iconic Grade II listed Pillar Hall at Olympia London. Home to Idalia Restaurant, Pepperbird Speakeasy, and Upstairs at Pillar Hall Events Space, we are building an exceptional team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in leading the day-to-day operation of Idalia Restaurant.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to develop their management career within a growing and ambitious company.

The Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service standards, supporting team development, and driving operational excellence across the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant
  • Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and hospitality
  • Assist with recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Support staff scheduling and labour cost control
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory management
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, and licensing regulations
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
  • Support the delivery of revenue targets and operational objectives

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within a quality restaurant, hotel, or hospitality venue
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of food safety and health & safety requirements
  • A positive attitude and desire to develop within a growing business
