Chef de Partie – Pillar Hall, Kensington Olympia, London

D3 Collective has just launched our second venue at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re looking for an experienced, energetic Chef de Partie to join our team.

Located in the stunning Grade II listed Pillar Hall*, Idalia serves a menu focused on exceptional British produce.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef De Partie to join our team from the end of June’26. If you're enthusiastic about creating exceptional food and working in a high-energy, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

·       Take ownership of the preparation and presentation within your section

·       Consistently deliver high standards of quality, flavour, and presentation across all dishes

·       Day-to-day running of the section during service, ensuring efficiency and organisation

·       Oversee service across all periods, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner

·       Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety, ensuring compliance at all times

·       Manage stock levels within the section, placing orders and ensuring correct storage and rotation of ingredients

·       Ensure all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications are followed accurately by the team

·       Support, guide, and mentor junior team members, fostering a positive and productive working environment

·       Communicate clearly and effectively with the wider kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service

·       Take a proactive, hands-on approach during busy periods, leading by example

  • Skills: A passion for creating high-quality dishes with a keen eye for detail.
  • Work Ethic: Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and the Head Chef.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Legal Right to Work: Must have legal rights to work in the UK.
