Breakfast Chef – Pillar Hall, Kensington Olympia, London

D3 Collective has just launched our second venue at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our team.

Located in the stunning Grade II listed Pillar Hall, Idalia serves a menu focused on exceptional British produce.

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team from the end of June 2026. If you enjoy creating exceptional breakfast dishes and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality breakfast dishes to a consistently excellent standard
• Take ownership of the breakfast service, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in line with recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety at all times
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure correct storage and rotation of ingredients
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to support daily operations
• Assist with preparation for other service periods where required
• Support and mentor junior team members, promoting a positive and productive working environment
• Communicate effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
• Take a proactive, hands-on approach and remain calm under pressure during busy periods

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role
• Skills: A passion for producing high-quality food with strong attention to detail
• Work Ethic: Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and support colleagues when needed
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices
• Flexibility: Able to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Legal Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the UK
