  • Take a proactive, hands-on approach and remain calm and organised during busy service periods.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role within a quality restaurant, hotel or hospitality environment.
  • A genuine passion for producing high-quality food.
  • Strong culinary skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience delivering a busy breakfast service.
  • Highly motivated, proactive and enthusiastic with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to support colleagues and work closely with the wider kitchen team.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen best practices.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings and public holidays when required.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK.

The Role

  • £16.50 per hour.

  • Monday to Sunday operation.
  • Early morning shifts required.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to develop your skills within an exciting and growing hospitality group.
  • The opportunity to work in one of West London’s most iconic venues.
