D3 Collective has just launched our second venue at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Commis Waiter/Waitress to join our team.

Located in the stunning Grade II listed Pillar Hall, Idalia serves a menu focused on exceptional British produce in a vibrant and welcoming environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a polite, hardworking, and enthusiastic Commis Waiter/Waitress to support our service team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience starting from end of June 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in hospitality, working alongside an experienced team in a fast-paced and exciting venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the front-of-house team in delivering smooth and efficient service across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner services
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring the restaurant is presented to a high standard at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the restaurant and service stations
• Assist senior team members with guest requests and day-to-day operations
• Follow all company procedures relating to health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Work closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
• Willingness to learn and take instruction from senior team members
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, hardworking, and eager to develop new skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Legal Right to Work: Must have the legal right to work in the UK
